We met many familiar faces and found new partners with whom We will systematically develop cooperation.
We have successfully defended a report on surface microseismic monitoring of multi-stage hydraulic fracturing at a horizontal well of JSC "Zarubezhneft" in Western Siberia. The use of small-aperture groups in the observation scheme made it possible to increase the signal-to-noise level of the signal and solve the problem posed in the geological and technical task with a high swampiness of the work area and at a study depth of about 3.5 km.
The annual inspection audit of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for compliance with the requirements of ISO international standards has been successfully passed.

On May 19, 2021, the founder of Gradient CJSC, the head of science and new technologies, died suddenly,
Evgeny Vasilyevich Biryaltsev.
During his 60-plus years, he managed to do a lot, but how many more plans are still not implemented... For us, Evgeny Vasilyevich has always been an ideological leader who not only made brilliant discoveries, but also embodied them in really working technologies that are in demand on the market. He successfully combined a theorist and a practitioner, a politician and a workaholic, a great speaker and an attentive listener, a manager and an economist, and many others... and always combined successfully. He could explain the most complex things in simple words, and after talking to him, there were always explanations of problems and ways to solve problems.
Evgeny Vasilyevich lived a bright creative scientific life and left behind a huge legacy in the face of his students, working technologies, successful companies and much more.
The passing of Evgeny Vasilyevich is a great loss for all of us! We will always remember him as a bright and open person, the memory of him will live in our hearts, our minds and our deeds. We grieve together with our relatives and friends. Vivid memory.
The annual inspection audit of the integrated management system for compliance with the requirements of ISO standards has been successfully completed.
Verification was carried out in respect of geophysical surveys in three aspects:
- Quality management system (ISO 9001),
- Environmental management system (ISO 14001),
- Management system in the field of occupational safety and health (ISO 45001).
Based on the results of the audit, all management systems have been recognized as effective, the status of the certificates has been validated.
Despite the fact that the remote mode in the company has been operating since March of this year, we effectively fulfill all the contractual obligations we have assumed.

Abstract
JSC "Gradient" – is the geophysical company which conducts microseismic surveys for assessment the hydrocarbon potential of geological objects and solves technological problems in hydrocarbon fields. The company is the developer and owner of the patent on the Low Frequency Seismic Sounding (LFS) technology. The company is actively use supercomputer processing complex, which allow to implement full-wave 2D and 3D-numerical simulations of wave propagation in the geological media.
During the existence of the company, 96 wells were drilled by recommendations of LFS method, 82 of them confirmed the forecasts. Success rate of LFS method more than 85%.
To improve the efficiency of exploration it is necessary to integrate of 2D and 3D seismic surveys with microseismic surveys using LFS technology, that allow to identify hydrocarbon deposits and create a complex that has no analogues in world practice.
Further development of MS researches will allow control the exploration of hydrocarbon deposits.

Abstract. The report reviews interdisciplinary problem relevant to the search method hydrocarbon a low-frequency seismic sounding, based on the study of resonance properties of geological media. Problem is in the representation of the process of natural formation of a vertically directed body waves in a geological medium. In this survey was suggested and simulated a scattering mechanism of surface Rayleigh waves on inhomogeneities with Poisson's ratio different from the enclosing environment. The result of simulation of the upper part of the section as a set of layers consisting of elements with a random Poisson's ratio is observed a natural formation of a vertically directed volume waves.
2. THE COMPARISON OF TIME REVERSE MODELING AND DIFFRACTION STACKING FOR THE TIME-SPATIAL LOCALIZATION OF MICROSEISMIC EVENTS
E.V. Mokshin*, D.V. Berezhnoj*, E.V. Birialtsev ** (* Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University,
** Gradient JSC, Kazan)
Abstract. This article is referred to the problem of source localization in visco-elastic medium using the results of surface seismological observation. There were investigated three technologies: Time Reverse Modeling, Diffraction stacking and Stacking correlation. The calculation is based on FEM.

LOW-FREQUENCY MICROSEISMIC STUDY IN THE TIME DOMAIN IN THE EXPLORATION FOR HYDROCARBON DEPOSITS.
E.V. Biryaltsev, V.A. Ryzhov, D.A. Ryzhov, I.R. Sharapov
Abstract. Known methods of spectrum analysis of natural microseisms in the exploration for hydrocarbon deposits. We propose a modification of these methods, in which the MS analysis is performed in the time domain by means of correlation analysis of the observed MS and MS model obtained by numerical simulations for different variants of the geological structure at the point of the study. We present the proposed method of analysis and present the results of its application to the area of research in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Our company passed the final checking of the quality management system, the system of ecological management and the control system in the labor protection and professional safety (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007)
